Product Licence Terms
Last updated: 3 September 2026.
1. Licence grant
After full payment, 4Qweb grants the customer a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable licence to install and use the purchased WordPress theme or plugin on an unlimited number of websites owned or legitimately managed by that customer.
2. Unlimited website use
There is no per-site installation limit. The customer may modify the product for their own websites or client websites they genuinely build or manage. The customer remains responsible for complying with WordPress, third-party software and hosting terms.
3. No resale or redistribution
The customer must not sell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload, publish, give away or otherwise make the original or modified product files available to another person. The product must not be included in another template, plugin collection, marketplace item, download library, hosting bundle or competing product.
4. Client websites
A customer may use the product while creating or managing a completed website for a client. This does not permit giving the reusable source package to the client or allowing the client to reuse it on unrelated websites unless the client purchases their own licence.
5. Updates and support
The product page states the included update and support period. Continued use of the last downloaded version is allowed after support expires, but new updates or support may require renewal.
6. Ownership
4Qweb and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the product. The customer receives a licence, not ownership of the underlying product.
7. Termination and refunds
The licence ends automatically if these terms are materially breached or if a refund is issued for the product. Once revoked, all activations become invalid and the customer must immediately stop using and delete every copy of the product from websites, devices, backups and repositories under their control.
